On Tuesday, September 17th, the documentary celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Campus Bio-Medico was screened at Piazza di Spagna (Rome). Following screenings in Milan, Laveno, and Genoa, as well as prestigious showings at festivals in Los Angeles, Stockholm, Bangkok, and Craiova, the documentary finally arrived in the capital. The director, Andrea Pellizzer, describes it as “a film capable of portraying the Campus in all its facets.”
The documentary aims to explore the roots of an institution that places the person and their well-being at the center, while also looking toward the future to be leaders in the present. With this goal, 12 students from UCBM, under the direction of the filmmaker, experienced life behind the camera to tell 19 stories of faculty, researchers, students, doctors,
nurses, technicians, administrators, educators, and chaplains. These narratives are interwoven by the common thread of love for what they do. Produced by the Campus Bio-Medico Association, Campus Bio-Medico S.p.A., the UCBM, the Campus Bio-Medico Polyclinic, the Biomedical University Foundation, the Alberto Sordi Foundation, and the Amici del Campus Bio-Medico ETS Association, “Campus Stories” is a corporate communication project born from the teamwork of the men and women who, since 1993, have brought to life the healthcare, educational, and assistance structures located within the Decima Malafede Natural Reserve in Rome. The documentary was also selected as a finalist at the Business Culture Awards & Business Culture Connected in London as the best corporate culture and innovative communication project.
